The Client Portal is a secure area for web development clients to manage their projects. It includes:
- Dashboard — Overview of your project status and activity
- File Management — Upload, download, and organize project files
- Messaging — Communicate directly with your project team
- Workspace — Access your project workspace and site preview
How Do I Get Access?
Client portal accounts are created by your project administrator. You'll receive your login credentials (username and password) directly. Log in using the Login button on the homepage.
I Forgot My Client Portal Password
Use the Forgot your password? link on the login form, or contact support to have your password reset.
Can I Have Multiple Sites?
Yes. If you have multiple web projects, they can all be managed under a single account. Use the site switcher in your dashboard to move between projects.
