Client Portal: Client accounts store your username, display name, and the files associated with your website. Files are only accessible to you and authorized administrators.

Data Security

All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions are secured with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite cookie flags. We follow OWASP security best practices including CSRF protection and input sanitization.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
